Return on supplies is allowed, provided that they are returned in good condition, unused, in their original packaging, and always accompanied by a purchase receipt.

G.T. Rentals reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise due to, partial or one-time use, inapplicability of merchandise due to size or job requirements, scratch marks or dents, missing packaging and manuals, missing parts or accessories, engine preparation per customer's approval, mismatch of serial number to that of purchase receipt, other latent defects, and other irreversible physical markings, such as paint stains, grease marking, or burn-outs.

Special Order Return Merchandise Policy

No returns on special orders is allowed. However, if a supplier is willing to honor a return, all costs and applicable fees must be paid by customer at the time merchandise is returned to G.T. Rentals.

G.T. Rentals reserves the right to delay refund to customer up until the supplier receives and accepts the returned merchandise.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all tool and equipment returns.

WARRANTY

Warranty is limited to that offered by the manufacturer, If any. There is no additional warranty from this seller, unless it is clearly expressed in writing.
